Pharmacology of Abirapro

Mechanism of action: Tablet Abirapro is an anti androgen medication, which leads to eradicate the enzyme 17α-hydroxylase C 17, 20-lyase (CYP17), it is involved in androgen synthesis. Reduce the serum testosterone level. Depletion of tumor cell occurred Pharmacokinetics: Absorption of tablet Abirapro: The median plasma concentration of tablet Abirapro takes 12 hours. Distribution of Abirapro tablets Tablet Abirapro is highly bound to the plasma protein like albumin and alpha-1 acid glycoprotein. Metabolism of Abirapro tablets The two main metabolites of Abiraterone in human plasma are Abiraterone sulphate and N-oxide Abiraterone sulphate. Excretion of Abirapro tablets The mean terminal half life of tablet Abirapro is 12 ± 5 hours. It is mainly excreted in 88% faeces and 5% in urine.
